This is when people start to extinguish their iridescence, as they experience the physical and emotional environment around them. Some people make poor interpretations about situations, events, even people. Some limit their belief in themselves; and some harness negative emotions in their body. These programmes can run on repeat in our mind and our body on a daily basis. The worst thing is that we are usually oblivious to them. It is not until we are struck with a physical or mental illness that we start to sit up, pay attention and question our circumstances.

Angelic Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, but very powerful energy healing technique originating from Japan. Although its roots are in ancient Eastern philosophies of health, it is used by many Western countries, including the UK, where the NHS now recommend it as one of their ‘complementary-alternate therapies.’

Angelic Reiki is an advanced form of healing that was downloaded in the new wave of consciousness in 2002.

Sessions are usually between 40 to 60 minutes. Your first session will include an in-depth consultation.

Distance Reiki Therapy

Reiki involves working with the unseen “universal energy” that flows through each and every one of us. Reiki flows where it is needed and this includes across all time and space. When energy healing is sent to a person across a long distance the same effects can be noted as in a hands on session.

Sessions are usually 30 to 45 minutes. Your first session will be 60 minutes as it will include an in-depth consultation.

Mental Fitness Course

Beneficial for individuals who want to manage the internal chatter and enemy of their mind. Through the six weeks you will:

  • Do two self assessments about how you operate daily

  • Have access to an exclusive mental fitness gym app

  • Complete daily challenges via the app
