We are brought into this life with our light shining. During childhood, up to the age of 11, we are imprinted with ideas about the world. This is when people start to extinguish their iridescence, as they experience the physical and emotional environment around them. Some people make poor interpretations about situations, events, even people. Some limit their belief in themselves; and some harness negative emotions in their body. These programmes can run on repeat in our mind and our body on a daily basis. The worst thing is that we are usually oblivious to them. It is not until we are struck with a physical or mental illness that we start to sit up, pay attention and question our circumstances.
