Karen is a holistic therapist who helps clients on their spiritual path to explore the depths of their consciousness, alchemise negative energies and elevate their physical body at a cellular level. Karen works with high frequency energies in order to facilitate this healing.

Karen had her first spiritual awakening when she was 16. Her endeavours to find answers to her burning questions met a dead end due to limited internet access in the 90’s and not meeting like-minded individuals. As a result, she went unconscious again for almost two decades!

In 2015, a series of life events triggered Karen’s ‘dark night of the soul.’ This was also the start of her second spiritual awakening. In an attempt to put her life back on track, Karen started exploring a variety of holistic therapies - one of which was Reiki. The insights and awareness that blossomed from this difficult time were truly magical.  

In 2021, Pure Imprints was established and Karen started working as a Usui Reiki therapist in the Health and Wellbeing centre in Chester. Later that year, she was catapulted along her own spiritual path when she started channelling light codes and light language.

Karen has over 20 years teaching experience. She is a Reiki Master, has a meditation teacher diploma and also designed her own guided meditation courses. She is a qualified ‘Positive Intelligence Coach’ (CPQC) helping clients with their mental fitness.

As well as continuing her own healing journey, Karen has been attuned to Angelic and Usui Reiki, First & Second Degree; Angelic Reiki, Third and Fourth Degree; completed courses and workshops in: New Age Language of Light Activation; Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment (CCMBA); Complete Cellular Soul Memory Clearing (CCSMC); Crystal Healing; Energy Transmission Healing; The Healing Angels of the Energy Field.   

In sessions, Karen works intuitively with various methods and also acts as a channel for high frequency energy. Clients can expect physical, mental and emotional blocks or traumas to be released. Clients can also be downloaded with new energetic imprints to help them connect with their authentic soul and live their life to the fullest.
